 Every Doctor in the country no matter how hard they try or how skilled a Veterinarian they are has a small number of people every year that complain on the internet. The best Doctors from the best Universities have people blogging about them negatively on the internet. At MAH we take all complaints seriously, and our Doctors and staff will go to great lengths to make sure our clients are happy. That is why we have such a high satisfaction rate.

Even with the best care and results no one can make everyone happy. You can always find a complaint on the internet, but keep them in perspective. A multitude of clients have come to MAH for care.  We have been offering veterinary care in North County San Diego for over 30 years.  Last year alone thousands of people were satisfied with their pets care.  So, to put that into perspective, a handful of complaints may seem like a lot but out of all of our clients that means the vast majority are happy.

Many internet blogs are written by the same person writing over and over. Some times competitor Doctors and their staff contribute to writing on blogs. Moreover, we have found people who had procedures by other Doctors saying negative things when they don’t have first hand knowledge.
