Dr. Zoran "George" Djordjevich:   Partner and Chief Medical Director

Chief Veterinarian Zoran Djordjevich, or "Dr. George" to most clients and staff, has been with Mohnacky Animal Hospitals since April of 1998. He is a native of Yugoslavia and acquired his veterinary medicine degree from the University of Belgrade, then trained at the Royal Veterinary College in London, England, before immigrating to the United States in 1994. Dr.George worked in Sacramento for 3 1/2 years before joining Mohnacky Animal Hospital of Carlsbad in 1998. Dr. George has an interest in orthopedic surgery and has performed countless procedures over his 12 years of service.  He is certified in PennHip X-Ray and has recently added Total Hip Replacement (THR) as a solution to his clients needs.  Read about Dr. George's breakthrough procedure.  As Mohnacky Animal Hospitals Chief Medical Director, Dr.George lends his operational  and medical knowledge to any case or doctor throughout the organization.

Dr. George is an avid soccer player and also enjoys playing tennis in his spare time. He and his wife, Gordana, enjoy traveling and raising their three sons, Nikolas, Sasha and Filip.
