Dr. Cory Fernald:   Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Cory Fernald attended Texas A&M for undergrad and graduated from their college of veterinarian medicine in 1986. She moved to California after graduation and worked in a mixed animal practice for 1 year, a small animal practice for 7 years and owned her own small animal practice for 6 years in Paradise, CA. When she sold her practice, she and her husband moved to San Diego with their daughter, Ashley.

Dr. Fernald shares her home with Gogurt, a cat she got from Helen Woodward Animal Center, and a newly aquired scottie.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, gardening, scrap booking, reading, SCUBA diving and tide pooling.
